Moss Point FD names Jason Davis as new fire chief

MOSS POINT, Miss. (WLOX) - On Friday, the Moss Point Fire Department announced the naming of its new fire chief.

Jason Davis, the assistant chief at Biloxi Fire Department, will take over the top job at Moss Point FD.

Davis has spent 25 years of his firefighting career in Biloxi and says he now looks forward to the new challenge and working with the firefighters and citizens of Moss Point.

Davis’ first day on the job in Moss Point is June 4.
