Why are so few 18 to 20-year-olds voting in Harrison County?

In the recent Mississippi Primary, Harrison County saw just over 20% voter turn out. When you break the numbers down, fewer than 100 voters were aged 18 to 20. Circuit Clerk Connie Ladner joins us to discuss.
