|It was a cooler and beautiful start to the day. The full harvest moon set at 6:55 AM, but don’t fret; you can see it again this evening. The full moon will rise at 7:07 PM. We will have a mix of sun and clouds, but it will be another hot day in areas that see plenty of sunshine across South Mississippi with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. Tonight will be another nice night with partly cloudy to mostly clear skies. We are going to be on the warm to hot side each afternoon, though not necessarily record-breaking hot. We do not expect to see rain over the next seven days, but we could see a very stray shower somewhere in South Mississippi. The lack of rain will be great for our cruisers, but it is terrible for our worsening drought. The burn ban is still in place until further notice due to the exceptionally dry conditions. Morning lows are going to be pleasant in the upper 60s to low 70s. The weekend looks like more of the same dry and warm to hot weather.
