Stanford professor, doctor writes book on finding happiness through physical exercise

With all of the turmoil in the world, we could all use some stress release. Exercise can make us feel less fatigued and more alert, and the mind-body connection goes much deeper than that. The book "Gain Without Pain" is a happiness handbook designed for health care professionals, but much of the information about exercise and happiness could benefit all of us.
