State Health Officer Dr. Thomas Dobbs says this fourth wave of COVID-19 cases could have been prevented with more vaccinations. Joining us to talk about the situation in our community is Memorial Hospital Infectious Disease Specialist Dr. Nicholas Conger.
Despite the cool morning, we’ll warm up near 90 this afternoon. It’s going to be a beautiful day with plenty of sunshine. However, the humidity will increase by the end of the day. We won’t be as cool tonight. Temperatures will drop into the low 70s by Sunday morning. We're also closely watching Tropical Storm Ian in the Caribbean. It could move into the Gulf next week and impact Florida.
