Tate Reeves re-elected as Mississippi Lt. Governor

MISSISSIPPI (AP/WLOX) - According to the Associated Press, Tate Reeves (R) has been re-elected to a second term as Mississippi lieutenant governor.

"I thank Mississippi voters for their support and commitment to moving our state in the right direction," Lt. Gov. Reeves said. "I have worked to challenge the status quo and demand positive outcomes for our state. We have made bold improvements to raise student achievement in the classroom, pass balanced budgets and lower the overall debt burden of taxpayers. I am committed to creating an environment to help Mississippi businesses grow and make the state's economy thrive."
