Early morning fire destroys mobile home in Gulfport

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - Gulfport firefighters are monitoring hotspots after a camper trailer was engulfed in flames early Thursday morning.
Firefighters say it happened around 5:15 a.m. on Tyler Street just off Polk Street in North Gulfport. No one was injured, but the mobile home was destroyed.
A woman staying in the trailer said she went to the store, and came back to find the mobile home engulfed in flames. The woman tells us she was staying in the camper trailer and has lost everything.
No word yet on what may have caused it. Firefighters tell us they will do a preliminary investigation to determine what caused the blaze.
