Shrimp Alfredo from O'Neals Restaurant in Bay St. Louis

Shrimp Alfredo

2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 cup Shrimp (peeled)
1/2 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cooked Fettuccini Pasta

In a skillet add olive oil and shrimp. Cook until shrimp is done. Add chopped garlic and italian seasoning. Stir them add heavy cream. Bring to a boil and then simmer about two minutes. Add cheese, stir and bring back to a boil. Then add pasta.
