L.A. Clark was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He is a former student-athlete at Tougaloo College, where he played baseball.
Before arriving at WLOX he was a Photographer at WAPT in Jackson, Mississippi, as well as a Featured Pro Photographer for O.M. Digital Solutions.
Aside from journalism, he has a passion for music and art. He is a proud member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Incorporated and The National Association of Black Journalists.
