GULFPORT, Miss. (WLOX) - Officials have identified the man whose body was found in Gulfport on Tuesday.

Harrison County Coroner Brian Switzer identified the man as 62-year-old Randall Davis of Gulfport. Officials say the man died from natural causes and no foul play suspected.

Gulfport Police and Fire departments located the body in a field on the corner of Cowan Lorraine and Hillcrest roads.

Harrison County Coroner Brian Switzer described the person as a white man in roughly his 50s-60s. Switzer said the man had a tent and cane near him when he was found.

The man had a shirt that said Fast Pace Urgent Care, gray cargo shorts and tennis shoes. Switzer said he had a long, bushy beard and appeared to have had heart surgery at some point.
