Two arrested after drive-by shooting in Gulfport
GULFPORT, Miss. (WLOX) - A 19-year-old and 20-year-old have been arrested and charged after police say he fired multiple shots at houses and vehicles in Gulfport on Monday.
Brandon De’Jun Pittman, 19, is charged with one count of aggravated assault. Unkeem Lamar Hollis, 20, is charged with two counts of shooting into a vehicle and one count of aggravated assault.
Police say the shots were reported at 4:18 p.m. in the 8000 block of South Carolina Avenue. When officers arrived, they found multiple vehicles and homes with bullet holes.
Upon investigation, police say Pittman and Hollis were identified as suspects. They were arrested and taken to Harrison County Jail. Pittman’s bond was set at $100,000 and Hollis’ at $150,000.
No one was injured during the shooting, say police.
