We have run out of April showers this year in coastal Mississippi. So, we’ll just have to put up with beautiful and dry weather for the rest of this month. This morning it’s mild with temperatures in the 60s. We’re headed for a mostly sunny and warm Friday with highs mainly in the upper 70s. But, a few lower 80s will be possible inland. Staying mostly clear and cooler for Friday night with overnight lows in the 50s to around 60. High pressure keeps us rain-free this weekend. And it’ll be warm with highs in the 70s on Saturday and lower 80s on Sunday. Sometime early next week around Monday or Tuesday, we’ll have enough south wind off the Gulf to make it feel quite muggy. The very extended outlook shows our next rain chances possibly around the first weekend of May. But, that is so far out in time that it could easily change between now and then.
