BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - The Biloxi City Council has cleared the way for the residents of nearly 70 Mississippi cottages to remain there as long as they wish.

The same requirements are still are in place. All cottage residents must either own the property the cottage is on, or it must be owned by an immediate family member.
