No judgement on Diamondhead becoming a city

DIAMONDHEAD, MS (WLOX) - Diamondhead residents will have to wait a few more days before finding out whether their community will be allowed to incorporate.

On Friday, Judge Kennie Middleton presided over a six-hour incorporation hearing at the Hancock County Chancery Court. The judge was brought in to hear the case after several local judges cited conflicts of interest.

Judge Middleton said he will deliver a judgment on the incorporation case within ten days.
