  • 1 pound  Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1 Green Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion Diced
  • 1 bu Cilantro Chopped
  • 2 Lemons Juiced
  • 3 Oranges Juiced
  • Salt & Pepper

Combine all ingredients and reserve.

Honey Mustard Sauce

  • ¼ cup Creole Mustard
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • 1oz Brandy
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients and reserve.             

To Assemble:

  • 1 pound Gravalox
  • 2 tablespoons Red Onion Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Mustard Sauce
  • 1 pound Citrus Marinated Crab
