Pan Roasted Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients:

20 each - 16/20 count headless shrimp

2 oz. unsalted butter
-
2 oz. olive oil
-
1 oz. chopped garlic
-
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
-
4-5 drops tobasco

Tony's Seasoning to taste
Method:
Melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp. Turn to high heat, stir constantly 3-4 minutes until caramelized.
Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
Method:
Heat cream over medium heat in sauce pot until reduced by 1/2. Add salt & pepper. Stir in parmesan cheese. Serve over cooked pasta.
