Bath and Body Works Incorporated is recalling about one-thousand ice shavers because they can cut consumers.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the company has received five reports of minor injuries to consumers' hands and fingers. The incidents occurred at Bath and Body Works stores.
The recalled ice shavers are orange and blue, come with two ice maker cups and have a palm tree design on the sides. "Bath and Body Works Art Stuff" is written on the front and "Made in Taiwan'' is on the bottom. The ice shaver has a silver and blue handle, which turns and compresses ice onto a stainless steel blade.
Bath and Body Works stores sold the ice shavers in May for about $20. The safety commission said consumers should stop using these ice shavers and return them to a Bath and Body Works store for a full refund or credit.
For additional information, consumers can call the company at 1-800-395-1001 between 8:30 to 5:30 p.m. EDT Monday through Friday.
