Gulfport Attorney Enters Supreme Court Race

Gulfport attorney Jess Dickinson wants to return confidence to the legal system. At a campaign kickoff on Tuesday, he said the best way to do that is to become a supreme court justice.

Dickinson traveled around the south half of the state and officially entered the supreme court race.

"I've worked hard to build a strong reputation for fairness as a lawyer. I believe that my reputation is good," Dickinson said. "I believe I'll be a good judge, one that the people of Mississippi can be proud of."

Jess Dickinson is running for the southern district supreme court seat against incumbent Chuck McRae and Collins native Larry Buffington.
