The Mississippi Region Eight public housing authority is enforcing its new policy which prohibits residents from planting flowers and vegetable gardens. Ann Parson still has her plants, but perhaps not for long.
The Pascagoula resident is still hoping Region Eight will make an exception. All residents were supposed to remove their plants by the end of May. Ann Parson was given an extension until today.
