GULFPORT (WLOX) -- Jeffery Earl Carr, 41, pleaded guilty Thursday to a Gulfport murder that happened nearly five years ago.
Carr admitted his role in the August 2003 stabbing death of Glen Cieutat, 41. Moments after pleading guilty, a judge sentenced Carr to life in prison with the possibility of parole.
There was a second person linked to the River 10 Apartment murder. According to the District Attorney's Office, Shantel Marie Seay is still waiting for her murder trial to begin.
