State Democratic officials say they'll soon settle a problem associated with Mississippi's Senate primary race.

Mississippi Democratic Party Chairman Rickey Cole said today that he has already talked with lawyers in the secretary of state's office and the attorney general's office. Both agencies are considering the options.
Cole says he'll also talk with the two candidates.
