Barbecue Shrimp
Ingredients:
5 lbs. shrimp, head on or off, peeled or unpeeled
5 lbs. butter
1/2 cup oregano
1/3 cup dried basil
1 cup rosemary
1/2 cup thyme
1 cup bay leaves
1/2 cup cracked black pepper
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 cups fresh minced garlic
6 cups Lea & Perrins
1 cup fresh chopped parsley
3 cups white wine
6 cups beer
2 bunches green onion
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Melt butter slowly and then bring pot to boil and turn heat off. Remove and stir while placing in separate containers.
