Ongoing Search For Missing Boater

Rescue workers are searching for a 43-year-old man in the waters of St. Louis Bay. He was one of four people thrown overboard when the boat they were riding in capsized.

The three other people on the boat, two males and a female, were rescued by workers with the Department of Marine Resources.

The Coast Guard got a report that a pleasure boat had capsized at about 3:30 this afternoon, near the east of the Bay Bridge. According to the Coast Guard, they are still searching for the missing man.

Dive teams and the Coast Guard are also helping out in the search. We'll have more details as they become available.

Names have not been released, pending notification of family members.

The search will resume at first light on Sunday.
