  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pint half and half cream
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1 tbs. chopped garlic
  • 1 lb. Crawfish tails
  • 1 tbs. Tony's Cachere's seasoning

Heat cream cheese and cream until cream cheese is melted. Saute butter, onions, garlic for one minute. Add crawfish and seasoning. Cook until hot and toss with angel hair pasta.
