If you want to vote in the March 11th primary, the deadline to register is fast approaching.
Most Circuit Clerks offices statewide will remain open February 4-8th from 8am to 7pm for voter registration, including the lunch hour. Some offices will remain open Saturday, February 9th from 8am to 12pm for registration as well.
Voters may also register by mail. Forms are available at local Circuit Clerks offices, as well as on the Secretary of State's website. Any mail-in registration forms must be postmarked by February 10th to vote in the March 11th primary.
The Secretary of State's office is also reminding residents that some organizations may go door-to-door soliciting people to register to vote, using mail-in forms. While this is not against the law, the state does not endorse or hire these organizations.
