Child's Body Identified As 2-Year-Old Hannah Luong

The body of a child found off the coast of Venice, Louisiana has been identified as the last of four young children allegedly tossed from an Alabama bridge by their father.

The Plaquemines Parish coroner's office confirmed that the body was that of 2-year-old Hannah Luong. Hannah's brothers, Danny Luong and Ryan Phan, and sister Lindsay Luong were all found within days and miles of each other.

Lam Luong  is accused of throwing the children from the Dauphin Island bridge after a fight with his wife.

The children will be buried in a private service, but a public memorial is being planned for next weekend. Those arrangements are still being finalized.
