Recipe for Firecracker Shrimp

Fire cracker shrimp

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup of heavy cream

1/2 cup of peanut sauce

2 cups of tempura batter

1/2 cups of ice cold water

1 pound of shrimp peeled and diveaned


combine tempura batter and ice water, mix together

combine mayo, cream and peanut sauce, mix together

dip shrimp in batter, fry till golden brown and toss in sauce

serve with either belgian endive lettuce or coleslaw
