Victor Riley, the offensive tackle who started the first five games last season for Kansas City, signed a two-year contract with the New Orleans Saints on Thursday. Riley, who played at Auburn and was Kansas City's first-round draft pick in 1998, broke his leg against Pittsburgh on Oct. 14, and played a reserve role for the Chiefs in the final two games. The Saints also signed defensive end Willie Whitehead to a one-year contract. Whitehead, also a former Auburn player, appeared in n 14 games for the Saints last season. He had 25 tackles and two sacks.
