Biloxi Is Generous To Charities

Today Biloxi donated nearly $725,000 to 20 different non-profits organizations and charitable groups. The city gave Coastal Family Health Center an $80,00 donation while Moore Community House got $70,000. The largest donation went to the Gulf Coast Women's Center For Nonviolence with $120,000.

Other gifts iincluded De l'Epee Deaf Center, Catholic Social Services, Meals on Wheels, Back Bay Mission, Loaves and Fishes, Salvation Army, Mental Health Association of Mississippi, St. Vincent DePaul, Living Independently For Everyone, Visions Of Hope, South Mississippi Regional Center, Center for Environmental and Economic Justice, Quality Health Services, American Red Cross, Camp Wilkes, South Mississippi Aids Task Force, Gulf Coast Symphony and the Dusti Bonge Foundation.
