Arrests have been made in two home repair fraud cases, according to the State Attorney General's office.
Clarence Sherrod Nichols of Saucier has been charged with felony home repair fraud and one misdemeanor charge for allegedly doing remodeling work without a license. The complaint comes from a Biloxi homeowner who paid Nichols $30,000 to build an addition onto the home, and accused him of not completing work.
Alphonse Michelle White of Biloxi was also arrested following a complaint from a St. Martin homeowner. The complaint alleges that White was paid $54,000 to build a new home, but only did a small amount of work.
Bond for both Nichols and White was set at $10,000.
