Elmer's Mississippi Mud Pie



Crust- 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup flour, 1 stick butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla

First layer- 1 (8--oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 2 (8-oz.) containers whipped topping, divided

Second layer- 1 small pkg. (4 serving size) instant chocolate fudge pudding, 1 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding, Milk Elmer's Gold Brick Malt Eggs, grated

1. Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9x13x2—inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

2. For first layer, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in 11/2 cups of whipped topping. Spread mixture on top of cooled crust and refrigerate.

3. Make both puddings with milk according to pie recipe directions on the boxes. Combine the two pudding mixtures and spread on top of cream cheese layer.

4. To garnish, top with remainder of whipped topping and sprinkle on grated Elmer's Gold Brick Malt Eggs. Keep dessert refrigerated until ready to serve.
