Father Arrested, But No Charges In Fatal Fire

The father of the 7-month-old Stone County girl killed in last week's house fire is under arrest. Stone County investigators say Michael Lindley has not been charged in the fire that burned down his house, but he is the focus of their investigation.

During interviews, investigators say Lindley confessed to an arson fire set one month earlier at a construction site a few blocks from his home.

Lindley had not been seen since his child's funeral last Friday.

Again, Lindley is not charged in the fire that killed little Skylar.
