  • 3 oz. Artichoke Hearts
  • 3 oz. country ham
  • 2 oz. yellow onion
  • 2 oz. bell pepper
  • 2 oz. garlic
  • dash Creole spice
  • dash crushed red pepper
  • dash salt
  • dash white pepper
  • 3 oz. white wine
  • 4 oz. heavy cream 1
  • 10 oz. penne pasta - cooked
  • 2 oz. bread crumbs
  • 4 oz. parmesan

Sauté ham, artichokes, onions, peppers and garlic. Add spices. Cook until onions caramelize and ham is rendered. Add white wine and allow white wine to reduce then add cream and pasta. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake in over for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
