Fish N Bones Restaurant in Long Beach, MS

  • 1 oz fresh garlic chopped
  • 2oz fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 4 oz butter
  • 4 oz white wine
  • 2 oz fresh lump crab meat
  • 5 large shrimp (tails on)
  • dash capers
  • dash Creole seasoning
  • dash green onions
  • 6 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 8 0z portion fresh speckled trout

Place butter and white wine in a sauce pan with shrimp. Sauté until done. Add garlic, crab meat, mushrooms, and capers. Let all ingredients get hot. Cook fish the way you prefer (broiled, paneed, fried or grilled) Heat Pasta and place in a bowl or on a plate. Place fish over pasta and pour other ingredients over the top and garnish.
