Action Report Update: Still No Refunds From High Point Furniture

Last week, WLOX Action Reporter A.J. Giardina met with disgruntled customers of High Point Furniture in the Prime Outlets in Gulfport. They paid for furniture that was never delivered.

On Friday, store owner Tom Ingram told A.J. that at least 30 customers who paid for furniture dating back to September, have not received their furniture or a refund. He promised to pay them back within ten days.

On Monday, investigators with the Gulfport Police Department were stationed outside the store waiting for someone to open up. No one showed up and the store remains closed.

A.J. tried contacting owner Tom Ingram on his cell phone Monday afternoon. That number is no longer in service.

Gulfport police will continue their investigation.
