Leach Vows To Appeal Guilty Verdict

Jackson County Supervisor Frank Leach has been found guilty of disorderly conduct and not guilty of resisting arrest after an incident at last year's Cruisin the Coast in Ocean Springs.

The verdict comes from Municipal Court Judge Gene Henry. We have not heard the last of this though. In an email sent to WLOX News, Leach says he will appeal the guilty verdict.

Leach says he is confident the jury will find him not guilty. He also maintains that the appeal is the only option he has left to defend his personal integrity.
