The deadline is approaching for people who want to take part in the insurance hearings scheduled to take place in U.S. District Court February 28. Judge L.T. Senter, Jr. has said he will hear from as many interested parties as practical regarding the proposed settlement with State Farm and a class action proposal for property owners left with only slabs.
