Saints Superbowl Win Could Be Costly For Cowboy Maloney's

A Saints win at the Super Bowl may end up costing a Mississippi business.

Back in August, Cowboy Maloney's Electric City offered a special promotion on all HD, LCD and plasma televisions. The deal was, if the Saints won the Superbowl, Cowboy Maloney's promised to refund the purchase price.

The campaign was a success with around $1 million dollars worth of televisions sold. So now, with the Saints just one game away from the Superbowl, the Jackson-based business is preparing for a big payout. Still, the Maloney brothers say they're rooting for a Saints win.

"We got it all taken care of through a number of different sources, so the Maloney's are pulling for the Saints, just like everybody else," Eddie Maloney said. "No worry about going out of business, at least I hope not, because of this."

Cowboy Maloney's Electric City has several locations across Mississippi, including one on Hwy 49 in Gulfport.
