Buried Treasure
Ingredients
- 1 large pkg of vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 container cool whip
- 1 small can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 to 5 bananas
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 1 pkg coconut macaroon cookies
Directions
In a large bowl prepare the vanilla instant pudding mix according to directions. Fold the sweetened condensed milk into the pudding mix followed by the container of cool whip.
In a trifle bowl layer the pudding mix, then slice bananas to make a layer. Add a tablespoon of strawberry pie filling in the middle of the layer and cover the layer with crushed coconut macaroon cookies. Continue layering.
On the tip layer I just put a tablespoon of strawberry pie filling and crushed coconut macaroons. Taste like a banana split!! To make it easier I crush the cookies in my food processor.
