
Gulf Shrimp and Lobster Martini
16-20 Count Shrimp Peeled and Deveined (4 each)
70-90 Count Shrimp peeled 8 oz
1 Cold water 8 oz lobster tail pulled out of shell and cut into 8 pieces
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Minced Garlic- 2 tsp
Fresh Mixed herbs chopped
1 tbsp Seafood seasoning
1 tbsp Juice of a lemon
Vodka-2 tbsp
Mixed Greens 2 oz
Martini Glasses - 4 ea
In a skillet over medium high heat put in olive oil and heat to the point of smoke, Then add in garlic, both types of shrimp, and the lobster. Sautee until 90 % cooked. Season with Seafood Seasoning, and fresh herbs. Deglaze the skillet with lemon juice and Vodka. Display in martini glasses with mixed greens first and then small shrimp, lobster, and the large shrimp on top with the tail in the air. Finish with a touch of mixed greens on top and serve while hot. Yields 4 martinis.
