Pass Woman Arrested For Gulfport Bank Robbery

A Pass Christian woman was arrested Thursday afternoon for a Gulfport bank robbery.

Police say it happened at the Hancock Bank on Highway 49 around 11 a.m. About two hours later, authorities arrested Brandy Lynn Bordelon, 28, and charged her with one count of robbery.

Police say Bordelon went into the bank, handed the teller a note which demanded money, then left with an undetermined amount of cash. Officials say she was not armed.

The Pass Christian resident was arrested just a few hours later near Menge Avenue. She's being held in the Harrison County Adult Detention Center awaiting a hearing. Her bond was set at $250,000.
