Help Say "Thanks Ya'll" To Katrina Volunteers

The Hancock County Tourism Bureau needs your help to thank the thousands of volunteers who have come to our rescue post-Katrina.

The bureau is launching what's being called a "Thanks Y'all" campaign. The goal is to get as many addresses as possible of the kind-hearted volunteers who've helped Coast residents rebuild their lives.

The bureau needs your address information before the August 29th anniversary of the storm.

"We're going to be sending out mass mailing of a very nicely designed special thank-you card to the people who helped us in our post Katrina days," Hancock County Tourism Bureau Director Beth Carriere said.

Carriere said the bureau can also send a thank you by email, if that's the only contact address available.

Click here to email the Tourism Bureau the names and addresses of volunteers you know. Or mail your information to:
