Beef Brisket & Smoked Provolone Quesadillas

Cooked Beef Brisket, cut in thin slices
In a pan, warm flour tortillas on one side. While warming, add one layer of brisket and provolone cheese. Place another tortillas on top. Brown both sides. After cheese is melted and tortillas are brown, take off of heat and serve with BBQ Sauce or Horseradish Sauce. This dish is also great with a side of olives or any other addition you would like.
