Minor Could Be Sent To Rehab This Week

Coast attorney Paul Minor could be transported from a Madison County jail to a rehab center as early as Wednesday.

Minor's bond was revoked last Tuesday after Judge Henry Wingate found he had been excessively drinking at the Jackson Marriott.

Minor will be retried in a judicial bribery case this August, along with former judges John Whitfield and Wes Teel.

Minor's attorneys will meet with Judge Wingate Wednesday afternoon. They'll ask that he be moved to the COPAC Rehabilitation Center in Rankin County to get help for his drinking problem.
