CTA Buses Show Off Symbol Of Patriotism

Coast Transit Authority buses now have a new addition. CTA is putting signs of the American flag on all 40 of its fixed and special-route buses.

Executive Director Reid Hopper says the flags proudly show the strength and unity of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Employees also wanted to pay tribute to all their transit colleagues, in Washington DC and New York, which have been impacted by Tuesday's terrorist attacks.

"Signs Now" is applying the flag symbols on the buses.  The company is also offering free patriotic signs, that you can put in your yard or window. "Signs Now" is giving away patriotic signs at its business at Edgewater Cleaners Plaza. That's on Pass Road in Biloxi. The company will continue to give away the signs, until it runs out of materials.
