Sea Wolves Have Longer To Decide On 2006 Season

The Mississippi Sea Wolves have been given an extension by the ECHL.

Hurricane Katrina forced the hockey club to suspend play this season and the league had given the Sea Wolves until Monday, March 27th to let them know if the team and the coliseum would be ready for action this fall.

The ECHL has told team officials they now have until Monday, April 3rd to assess community interest and the coliseum's ability to finish repairs in time for the 2006-2007 season.
