  • Dry Sherry
  • Blond Roux
  • Pasta
  • Crawfish tails, grilled chicken or grilled shrimp

First, make the cream sauce by mixing heavy whipping cream, chicken base, white pepper, and dry sherry in a sauce pan. Thicken with blonde roux. Pour cream sauce over pasta and add your favorite topping of choice: crawfish tails, grilled chicken, and/or grilled shrimp.
