Snapper With White Grapes and Almonds

Snapper With White Grapes & Almonds

  • 1 piece, Snapper
  • 1 Tbsp., Olive Oil
  • 1 oz., Almonds
  • 1/2 cup, Grapes cut in half
  • pinch, Salt
  • 1 tsp, Parsley
  • 1 cup, Flour
  • 1 cup, Milk
  • 1 whole, Egg
  • 1 tbsp, Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp, white wine
  • 1 tbsp, water

Bread snapper by placing it in milk, egg, and finally in the flour.  Sprinkle salt over breaded flounder. Cook snapper in olive oil.  Before the snapper is fully cooked, pour the grapes, lemon juice, white wine, water and almonds in the pan so that they can cook also.

Put on plate and garnish with parsley when cooked.
