  • 8-9             Select Gulf Shrimp
  • 4-5 oz.        Crawfish tail meat
  • 4-5 oz.        Select Gulf Oysters
  • 1 stick         Unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbs.         Minced Garlic
  • 4 tbs.          Finely chopped fresh Parsley
  • 2 tbs.          Finely chopped scallions
  • 4 tbs.          Fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 8 oz            Chardonnay
  • 1 box          Angel hiar pasta (barilla, arrisio, or Bella Donna)

Cook pasta exactly as the maker recommends. Do not exceed the time on the box, they know best! Drain and set pasta aside. Clarify butter, add garlic, scallions, 1 tbs. parsley, shrimp, crawfish, and oysters. Simmer 3 minutes and add chardonnay. Simmer 3 more minutes and pour over angel hair pasta. Garnish with remaining parsley and cheese.
