Ken Combs was back in a familiar position today being inaugurated as the city's new Mayor. Although he doesn't take office until Monday Morning the festivities surrounding his recent election kicked off tonight. Both Mayor Ken Combs and the City Council were sworn in at City Hall. Mayor Ken Combs says, "I think the main thing an inauguration does is show a new start there's not much we can do about what's happened in the past, we need to look to the future we can do something about today and tomorrow but nothing about yesterday."
Following the inaugural ceremony a reception was held at Grass Lawn.
